How to Apply?
- According to the current govt regulations, individuals may be granted a general relaxation of age for up to five years.
- Government and semi-government employees must apply through the appropriate channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) during the interview process.
- If selected, these employees will be required to resign from their current positions. Candidates can apply for multiple positions by submitting separate forms for each position, clearly indicating the title on the envelope.
- Only applicants who are shortlisted will be invited for testing and interviews. Travel Allowance (TADA) will not be provided for test interviews.
- Project employees will not receive any additional benefits beyond their pay package. The competent authority has the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process at any point.
- Selected candidates must submit an affidavit on stamp paper stating that they will not seek regularization at any stage, as these positions are contract-
- Applicants for IDSR and PHLN employment should clearly indicate the region of the post, such as National level, ICT, AJK, or GB.
- At the time of the interview, candidates must provide all original documents (including NOC for in-service candidates) for scrutiny to determine their eligibility for each post.
- The project policy will govern all positions, and salary offers will be made after verifying all documents.
- Candidates must download the Application Form from the NIH website (www.nih.org.pk careers). The printed copy of the Application Form should be submitted along with attested copies of degrees certificates, a cover letter stating the job title and post serial number, domicile, CNIC, 2 passport-size photographs, Experience Certificates, etc.
- The documents should be sent to the Office of Project Director IDSRS (Admin Section), NIH, Park Road, Islamabad via registered courier service by 30-08-2023.
